Check-in

  • check-in is provided in our office from 14-19 hours. Our office "Apartments Tynska 7" is situated upon the building entrance on the right side. Check-in outside of this time window is possible only upon the mutual agreement (see extra services). Notice that due to the building layout we do not offer self checkin option.
  • all clients are required to be register with a valid ID cards or passports
  • payment in full for accommodation and extra services is required upon arrival
  • damage deposit of 7500 CZK / 1 apartment may be required. This amount will be preauthorised on the client´s credit card during the stay until the final apartment inspection
  • every guest age 18-70 years is obliged to pay the City Tax of 50 CZK / 1 night

    • Checkout

  • Self-checkout: You may check out at any time until 10:00 hours. Please ensure all doors are locked behind you and leave the keys in the black coded box located at the office doors.
  • In-person checkout: You may check out in person at our office at 10:00 hours, with the option to store your luggage. An additional fee will apply for the luggage storage.
  • Late checkout (10:00-19:00 hours): Late checkout is subject to apartment availability. If possible, an additional fee will apply.

    • House rules

  • quite hours are from 22:00 - 08:00 hours
  • no pets allowed
  • we will not accommodate stag / hen / bachellor or simmilar parties
  • registered guests are prohibited from allowing non-registered persons from staying in their rooms at anytime
  • clients are obliged to keep the apartment door locked at all time, as well as the other doors in the building

    • Reservation & cancellation policy

  • we do accept Visa and EMC cards and bank transfers
  • we do accept cash payments in CZK, EUR, GBP, USD, cards only in CZK
  • confirmed reservation price include VAT tax and all local taxes
  • minimum stay of 3 nights may be required
  • 1st night reservation deposit is required to secure the reservation
  • cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival is free of charge, after that period nonrefundable
  • reservation is confirmed as it is, minor changes are negotiable, but bigger ones like shorten the stay, lower the price, etc.. will not be accepted
